Product-Specific Policies

Each product on our platform may have its own refund terms. When viewing a product, look for the refund policy badge which indicates:

30-Day Refund

Full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

14-Day Refund

Full refund within 14 days of purchase.

7-Day Refund

Full refund within 7 days of purchase.

No Refunds

All sales are final. Usually applies to heavily discounted items.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@suantanamo.com with your order number and reason for the refund request.

Verification

We'll verify your purchase and check the refund eligibility based on the product's policy and purchase date.

Processing

If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your license key will be deactivated.

Subscription Refunds

For subscription purchases:

  • You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard
  • Cancellation stops future billing but doesn't automatically refund past payments
  • Prorated refunds may be available depending on timing and circumstances
  • Annual subscriptions may qualify for partial refunds within the first 30 days

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Products marked "No Refunds" on their product page
  • Items purchased on deep discount (e.g., holiday sales)
  • Requests made outside the refund window
  • License keys that have been activated and used extensively

Important Note

Requesting a refund in bad faith (e.g., using the software extensively then requesting a refund, or repeatedly purchasing and refunding) may result in future purchases being declined.
